If you would like you can also fill out our Support Request Form. Our team will normally respond to email requests within 2 business hours, so please call the office if your issue is urgent.

Web Click utilises a control panel system known as H Sphere so that you can easily perform tasks such as edit your mail box setups, view web site visitor statistics, review disk space usage, etc. When you first signup with webclick you will receive the control panel login details which will allow you to manage your account at the following address:

If you do not know your login details for the control panel system (first supplied when you joined up), please email support@webclick.com.au or call the office on 1300 66 33 05, and please have other account details on hand that we can identify you with.

Online Credit Card Payment
- you may pay your bills securely online with a credit card by using our secure automated credit card payment page.
- you will receive onscreen verification of your payment status and confirmation receipt via email
- credit card charges will appear under the parent company name of PerthWeb Pty Ltd on your credit card account
- we accept BankCard, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Card. Amex and Diners attract a 3% surcharge.

Account Closure
If you wish to close your hosting account, the closure request must be sent by an authorised contact at the organisation via email or fax. If you are closing the account to move to a cheaper hosting company, first please check if your account may be downgraded to a cheaper account. Over time our offerings on each account change and often a client may move to a cheaper account without affecting their web site requirements.

As hosting accounts are automatically rebilled when they fall due it is important you notify Web Click if you no longer require the account. If you do not cancel your account renewal, hosting fees will still be applicable.
