Add an Email Acocunt with Outlook 2003

Step 1

Click: "Tools, Email Accounts".

Step 2

Select: "Add a new e-mail account", then click "Next".

Step 3

Select:" POP3", then click "Next".

Step 4

Enter your account details; these will have been sent to you; then click "Next".
Whilst your outgoing mail server will normally be mail.yourispname.com.au, check with your Internet Service Provider for the name of their outgoing/SMTP mail server.

Step 5

Click: "Finish" - Your new email account has been created. You will now be able to send and receive email.
