How To Edit An Email Account With Outlook 2003

Step 1

Click: "Tools, Email Accounts".

Step 2

Select: "View or change existing e-mail accounts", then click "Next".

Step 3

Select: The account that you wish to alter and click the "Change" button.

Select Account

Step 4

Amend the account details as necessary and click "Next".
Whilst your outgoing mail server will normally be mail.yourispname.com.au, check with your Internet Service Provider for the name of their outgoing/SMTP mail server.

Step 5

Click the "Finish" button. Your account has now been amended.
