WebClick's shared hosting services are provided directly from our servers, which are located in our own Data Centre right here in our offices outside the Perth CBD. We run both Linux and Windows servers to give you the full range of service options and our Internet data is supplied by multiple providers.
All hosting accounts are accessible via an online control panel, a browser based application which gives you full control over configuring your hosting account. WebClick also employs the Client Portal, a centralised management system which sits above the control panel and handles the ordering, billing and support systems for all WebClick services. Through the Client Portal, you are able to log in and update your company or personal contact information, renew services, pay invoices and request technical support. A range of technical support is available for all accounts types, and sales and technical queries are handled by our on-premises team of network administrators and system administrators.
